Deposits will initially require 5K confirmations to ensure everything is operating smoothly but will reduce to normal confirmations in approximately one week. For a rough estimate, 5000 confirmations / 60 minutes / 24 hours = 3.47 days (estimated) Thank you for your patience and support during this time.

That means all the people that need to sell to pay their bills and expenses and the people that are unhappy with the new changes may try to exit in 3 days.

there were 40ish votes against lowering the collateral requirements, some of those will likely be looking to sell. The blacklisting capability, while legitimately protecting people from being scammed, also means it is no longer truly immutable, I suspect there are people that will be looking to exit over that as well.
